The drive from Budapest to Vienna took a mere four hours. We got a bus tour of the city and then, after dinner we went to a magnificent string quartet featuring the music of Mozart. The venue was a small concert hall in the building where Mozart stayed while in Vienna. He probably performed in the same room. There are some scenes of the city at night, incredibly busy, vibrant, crowded, etc.
Our first impression is that the city is both old and new, much different than both Kraków and Budapest.
This is the bus for the rest of the trip. It is really the vehicle that the Czech football (soccer) team used during the World Cup.
Our hotel while in Vienna, the entrance, dining room and terrace off the bar.

Back to the bus. It is 9:30 at night and the city is bustling with activity
