Day seven

June 13, 2013

Early morning is the best time to visit the public market. This gave us a chance to have a nice walk to the market. A great way to start the day. The weather was perfect as well. After the market we got a chance to visit the largest synagogue in Europe (maybe in the world). They practice a somewhat different version of Judaism – “Neo-Judaism.”
In the afternoon we visited the Godollo Palace. This was the home of Joseph 1st and his queen, Elizabeth. (Interior photos not allowed).
Later a group of us took the subway to a really great restaurant for a wonderful dinner. Nice little adventure.
