We had a chance to take a tour of the city today. At an overlook in the hills surrounding Florence we saw the city in the valley. Later we visited the Uffizzi Museum and then the Acadamia Museum (the real David was there) but no cameras were allowed. Then on to see the Synagogue and the Duomo. We ended the day at a fantastic restaurant for dinner. It was so good, we made a reservation for Tuesday night!
